A compact transformable coffee table
Metro combines a compact 117 × 68 cm footprint with a lift-up wooden top and useful internal storage for small objects. At coffee-table height it measures 32 cm high; when raised, the surface reaches 65 cm and opens to 117 × 102 cm.
Lift-up mechanism and practical storage
A self-braking gas-lifting mechanism raises the tabletop to create a more practical higher support surface, then returns it to coffee-table height when no longer needed. The integrated storage helps keep everyday small items close at hand without adding another piece of furniture.

Materials and finishes
The metal structure is available in MT97 Textured Bronze or MT98 Textured Anthracite. The wooden top is offered in six Wild Oak finishes: PW91 Wild Natural Oak, PW61 Wild White Open-Pore Oak, PW93 Coffee Wild Oak, PW94 Wild Carbone Oak, PW96 Wild Delhi Oak and PW97 Wild Tabacco Oak.

Designed by Marco Pozzoli and Giacomo Mauri, Metro is intended for living spaces where one compact table needs to adapt easily between a low coffee-table position and a raised everyday-use position.
